These terms govern your use of cyberkul.com and the CyberKul learning platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@cyberkul.com.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian's consent).
2. Acceptable use
The live labs contain intentionally vulnerable environments for learning. You may only attack the targets we provide, inside the platform. Using CyberKul's tools or techniques against systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test is strictly prohibited and may be illegal. Do not disrupt the service or other learners.
3. Content and certificates
Course content, labs and branding are owned by CyberKul. Certificates you earn reflect graded work you completed and may be verified by us. Work you create in the platform remains yours.
4. Free and paid plans
You can start for free with no card. Paid plans, when you choose them, are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CyberKul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
